Our focus is to teach basic football skills:

• Rules of the game
• Safety- How to play full contact football safely
• Balance, Speed, Agility, Strength, Endurance, Form 
• Blocking 
• Tackling 
• Offensive Skills- Running with the ball, Catching, Passing
• Defensive Skills- Read and React, Blitz, Sacks, Pass Coverage
