Mandate

Cochrane Minor Football has created a Coach Committee to help select, train and support our coaches and inform our parents. 

Coach Selection Process 

• Coaching application 

• RCMP police check mandatory (valid if in calendar year)

• Coach Committee will select coaches for teams

• Selection criteria will include: experience, judgment, leadership and accreditations

• Mandatory meeting to review season planning, budget, practice planning

• Ongoing support with coaching skill development, player skill development and practice planning

Mobile App

Football Canada has launched a new mobile app www.footballcanadamobile.com which features online drill database.  The app also provides team communication options, practice planning and other features.
