Friday Night Lights starts May 25.
Runs May 25, June 1, and June 15 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm on the Lions turf at Bow Valley. This is a non equipment workout for the Atom age players. Bring shoes, shorts and a water bottle.

- If you are not yet registered with the Lions, there is a $28 fee for insurance, this can be done at the field.
